What is your return & exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. We do not offer exchanges at this time—simply return your item and place a new order.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 48 hours, and standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive something damaged or incorrect, please email us at rubymoonboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right!

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our bestsellers may be restocked, but many styles are limited edition and won’t return. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone! Follow us on social media or sign up for our email list for restock updates.
